Beautiful thanks
Thank you so much for a wonderful pattern! (Snowflake) My 4 Grand Kitties decide to send out Christmas cards again this year. Because everyone loved the snowflake sent last year, their friends spread the word…You know how chatty cats are! This year their Christmas card list has grown to about 80 friends, all meowing about a new snowflake. I needed a pretty snowflake that could be worked up quickly. I started crocheting your design 2 weeks ago & am close to completing the snowflakes for this year. I use #30 cotton thread so they must be starched. I have found that if I pin out & only paint (with stiffener) the ch sts creating the points, the snowflake seems more realistic & can go through the US Mail without additional postage. You have saved the day for me & my Grand Kitties ! (I use a 5050 mix of STIFFY and distilled water. Paint it on with a kids size brush & let it dry at least 8 hours.)
